Kimberly B. Castle, PT, PhD has 30+ years experience providing physical therapy to children & adults with neurological, orthopedic and metabolic disorders. She holds a PhD in Kinesiology (the study of movement) & completed a research fellowship at the Mayo Clinic (Rochester, MN) Movement Analysis Lab. Dr. Castle teaches pediatric physical therapy to Doctoral students at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse where she has also done pediatric physical therapy research.
In addition to prior training and years of experience, Dr. Castle is trained in constraint therapy, pediatric vestibular therapy, basic and advanced therasuit methods, and electrical stimulation for children. She also has a family member with spastic diplegic cerebral palsy, so has personal as well as professional experience.
